PLEASE READ:
Some peds won't spawn correctly if you load the map far away. To fix this, teleport/ go to the observatory before loading the map!
Introduction:
I'm back once again, with a little president speech type map.
Yeah, yeah I know there's TONS of maps like this but I thought I'd make my own version.
(I also thought that most of them aren't very detailed or they just throw a legion of swat and throw a few police cars and call it a day.)
As much as I like to try and avoid having any other mod requirements than Menyoo I'm afraid RDE is a requirement for this.
RDE has a brilliant selection of police cars, both marked and unmarked which are perfect for this map, it also has a news van as well.

Technician area
Crowds
Security guards and police officers
Medical areas
Requirements:

Drag and drop "Presidential Speech.xml" into: Grand Theft Auto V>menyooStuff>Spooner.
Simply load it up.
Changelog:
Version 1.1: Added more ambient civilians.
Fixed some peds standing still.
Changed some animations.
Added a paramedic trailer and paramedics on standby.
Version 1.2: Fixed more animations not appearing correctly.
Added more security guards
Added a medical area.

@nonelite Roger that. John Lennon said "Before Elvis there was nothing". Before Trump there was nothing. As far as presidents go Trump is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be so generic presidents (including in tv / film) don't quite work anymore like they did before Trump imho.

IF YOU LOAD THE MAP FAR AWAY, SOME PEDS WILL NOT SPAWN CORRECTLY. TO FIX THIS PLEASE TELEPORT/ GO TO THE OBSERVATORY FIRST, THEN LOAD THE MAP!
