Watch Dogs 1 Wispy Cloud Replace

A skybox texture ported directly from Watch Dogs 1 to GTA V.
Requested via discord by a user.
REPLACES SPECIFICALLY THE "wispy" clouds. If you don't see it ingame, that's because the clouds are not set to wispy yet.
Should be compatible with any graphics mods. (Doesn't mean it will look good with all of them)
Installation:
mods / update / update.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / cloudhats / v clouds.rpf
However, if you go there and dont see anything, you have to get it from here:
x64b.rpf / levels / gta5
Issues:
-WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT PERFORMANCE (NOT FOR THE BETTER)
-CAN LOOK BAD/WEIRD AT CERTAIN TIMES DEPENDING ON YOUR GRAPHICS MOD, BE WARNED.

@21343423 Game has to be in the "wispy" cloud weather, otherwise it wont show up
