I believe this to be the same issue has ttying to run Reshade software. If you are trying to run this script with high performance card like Nvidia it doesn't work but if you try to run the GTA game through CPU standard seletction it will work. I find this issue to be crazy but my I7 prosser isn't what i want to use for games but my GPU, so im in a delete it for something else. Hope this works and others understand what im saying here😊
