@Hunk OK changing the MAIN_MENU_BTN_ON_FOOT value to 32 does show the main menu, on controller is left joystick UP which is the same key as moving forward. The same issue appear when using the dufflebag, the button to use the bag is (A), this is the sprinting button so it kind of broken on controller.

Also the main mod menu work only when seated in a car.
I play PC with Xbox controller.
I like it but the control mapping on xbox controller is wrong.
You have a double menu opening when at the barber shop or even in conversation.
It the (A) button.
