I have multiple car mods installed and working but when I installed this one, game crashed while loading... any ideas?

Nice Mod I enjoyed testing here some notes:
- engine must be animated
- interior glass tint must be fixed
- also the roof glass shader missing some frame texture or something

and why do I also download through open4 and many of my cars don't work. I make a mod, I go into GTA, it loads and just crashes, I delete the mod and it works. although I already have some cars and I downloaded 2 houses, they work
