Well known for their safety, comfort and a propensity to have abysmal drivers behind the steering wheel, Vulcar presents the latest in their long running line of successes:
A new addition to their fleet of the latest, smartest and safest automobiles on the road.
The Hela is no breakthrough in engineering or design, just an improvement on what works, tracing a line of succession all the way back to the Fagaloa.
Plagued with safety features that make your neighbourhood "soccer mom" look like a professional driver it can turn a potential accident into a near-miss that has you traumatised for life.
Fortunately for us, impressed by its many driving assists and safety technologies, many police forces across the globe have adopted this family wagon as their de facto patrol vehicle. Prepare to see exemplary driving by your local coppers, so good that they won't be able to keep up or catch you in a pursuit, as this Vulcar protects them from any collisions (intentional or otherwise).

For the avoidance of doubt, this model is based on a sketch that was also used by a recently released paid FiveM package. However, it is not the same model, with clear differences.

Hi,
I’d like to report a visual issue with this vehicle.
The doors are misaligned and no longer connect properly to the vehicle body. When opened, there is a visible gap between the doors and the chassis, as if the hinge/bone positions are incorrect.
