Hey! This is my first mod that I'm sharing. Make sure to follow all requirement and installation exactly!
SP Version - Added "vg_textures" file to SP Version
REQUIREMENTS FOR STORY MODE/ SP VERSION:
1. Map Editor : https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
2.) Map Builder 2.2.3 ( If you have a different Map Builder installed you could have issues, so I suggest you remove any other " mb_addons and Map Builder " from your dlc folder and then install this one. )
- This one is an OIV so just drag and drop in OpenIV then install.

FYI: If you get game crashes make sure you have updated Gameconfig and PackfileLimitAdjuster.
INSTALLATION:
1. Extract all files & folders from 21MODERNMANSION.zip
2. Place " 21modernmansion " folder in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Add this line to your dlclist.xml :
dlcpacks:\21modernmansion\
- dlclist.xml location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Place all files from 'VG PROPS' folder here = Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\lev_des\v_minigame.rpf\
( If you don't have a "x64c.rpf" file in your mods folder yet, copy one.)
4. Place " 21MODERNMANSIONX.xml " file in your "Autoloadmaps" folder in scripts folder.
FIVEM/ RP VERSION INSTALLATION:
1.) Extract the "21MODERNMANSION_5M" folder.
2.) Drag and drop "21MODERNMANSION_5M" folder to your resources folder.
3.) Make sure you have a newer game build in your server by adding this line to your server.cfg file.
sv_enforceGameBuild 2699 (or newer 2802 also works)
4.) Then simply add these lines to your server.cfg file
ensure 21MODERNMANSION_5M
sv_enforceGameBuild 2699
Features of this Mansion:
Garage for 6+ cars and front parking, Great room with bar, Living room, Huge kitchen,
Formal dining area, Entertainment floor with movie theater, bar, pool table, single lane bowling alley. Gym.
Office, 3 bedrooms including 1 Master suite, Total of 7 toilet rooms, Laundry room, Helipad, Indoor Basketball court, Private club with Recording studio,
Several outside seating areas with fire pits, Outdoor living room,
Outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining area, huge pool & jacuzzi, Amazing views. Enjoy!
P.S. - Some of the sitting areas randomly spawns peds. Also you can park cars in front area outside of garages. And you can park a helicopter on the helipad. (Only for SP version)

@FearlessFizzy All I know is the less mods, maps, "real vehicles"..ect, in your server the better. Most of my maps use a lot of memory because I use a lot of props.
@GdTruth The mirrors don't work because the map is not mlo, it's just ymaps built from Map Builder props. I'm not sure if you can make the mirrors work without it being an mlo type of map.
@Kmav17 the textures in the house are very glitchy, almost all interior wall surfaces and flat objects like tables. same goes to Banham Canyon Mansion mod
@JoeYoung You need to remove the other Map Builder in your DLC folder - (mb_addons and/or Map_Builder) then only install the mb 2.3.3 version. If you have more than one version installed it will do that. Also make sure you don't have another creator mods installed that also uses MapBuilder because we use different textures for the same objects.
@Kmav17 ive got v2.2.3 only installed, but the flickering is there
@JoeYoung Sounds like it's conflicting with some other mod you have.
@Kmav17 noticed the objects within VG PROPS are the ones with texture glitch issues
@Kmav17 the VG PROPS don't have textures
@JoeYoung Yes, there is a texture file for the vg props so make sure you install that.
"vg_textures" is the name of the file. I just checked and for some reason I didn't include it in the SP version, but it is in the FiveM version. So download the FiveM version, find that file in the folder and then just put it in the same location as the other vg props.
I also just update the SP Version with that file included so you can also just download that when it's approved.

im not new in modding GTA V, installed everything including the packfile limit adjuster and changed my gameconfig after installing the MapBuilder using OIV cuz ik for a fact the OIV changes the gameconfig. already did everything, but i get this "Packfile Adjuster , Unable to find pattern #21" error instead. Pls help.

Just an update for newcomers. I have MB Vol 1 and regular MB by Omega King Studios and it loaded everything. Also, I have tons of mods in the game. The only thing I had to do was copy and add another peace to driveway leading to garage.
Could you add a ATM by the guard post by the gates??

@Kmav17 Latest update works great.. though there is a an issue with vehicle collisions in the garage.. cars seem to fall through the garage floor, even though I can walk on it- (ped collision is great)
