Installation:
Drag the "Airbase 54.xml" file into your GTA V main directory.
Use:
Start GTA V. Start Map Editor. Select "Load Map". Select "FileChooser". Search for "Airbase 54.xml" and click on it.

Love it. But can you make these gaurds in the tower sitting?
