Made this few months ago never got used, so im dumping it here. Fairly sure its ready to go for a fivem server but I might be wrong.
Install to SinglePlayer:
Open OpenIV and go to your "Mods" folder in the main GTA directory.
Go to: update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> custom_maps >> dlc.rpf >> x64 >> levels >> gta5 >> _citye >> maps >> custom_maps.rpf
Drop the ymap file there
Install to SinglePlayer:
Open OpenIV and go to your "Mods" folder in the main GTA directory.
Go to: update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> custom_maps >> dlc.rpf >> x64 >> levels >> gta5 >> _citye >> maps >> custom_maps.rpf
Drop the ymap file there
