To be used either as a standalone or expansion for 'cartel spawns.'
REQUIRES IPL LOADER AND MAP EDITOR
This mod adds a Cartel party/drug fest to the Party Yacht near Del Perro Pier. As soon as you do anything remotely threatening the cartel will open up on you with everything it has. And they have guns. And they're shootin' bullets. (Name the reference lol.)
Anyway, if anyone manages to clear the boat and not die horribly I'd love to see a video or something; I haven't managed it yet.
INSTALLATION: Paste 'DrugBoat.xml' in your GTAV root directory, and use IPL loader to load the yacht. Then use Map Editor to load the map, by typing 'DrugBoat' in the 'load map' field. Then have fun, folks.

@VenomShadows Hrmm, do you have 'weapons are scary' installed?
If so, remove it.

@VenomShadows If you are still encountering issues I'll edit the ped relationships for you; I don't want to crush your machinima dreams ;) I'll set every armed man on the boat to 'hate' the player; the reason I don't usually do this is because they attack me while I'm building the map, and then it all goes to hell. I'll try. Did you shoot any of the guards? They won't attack until one of them dies; they're set to the 'ballas' relationship group.
@armedchalko Oh, no, I did not shot any guard, I just shot civillians, but no one did anything, they just run around. And thx, I'll put your name in the special thanks part !

Nothing, I just tried shooting guards and nothing :c
I also downloaded your "Cartel Spawns mod", I tried shooting them, but they run too, so I manually changed every single ped on your .xml relationship to "Hate" (It took me like 30 minutes :c) And it did not worked either, I shoot and they simply run. It may be because of pirated version? Because idk what is happenning. Sorry for bad english, I'm from Venezuela.
