This is a Christmas map based in Union Square. All of the props used are standard (not addon) so this map should work at any time in the future. I hope you enjoy this map.
Requirements:
An up-to-date version of GTA 5.
The latest version of Menyoo:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Optional (suggested) Ultimate Outfit Pack:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/ultimate-outfit-pack-menyoo
Installation:
Copy these files from the XMAS 2021 folder:
XMAS 2021.XML (the map)
XMAS 2021 PEDS.XML (normal peds)
XMAS 2021 PEDS ULT.XML (ultimate outfit peds)
Paste the files into the folder:
Grand Theft Auto V > menyooStuff > Spooner
Load GTA 5. Press F8 then F9 for spooner mode. Lock the time to midnight. Switch on snow on terrain.
Select Manage Saved Files.
Load XMAS 2021.XML (this is the map)
Load whichever one of the two ped files you want. I suggest the ultimate outfit peds as this adds to the ambiance of the map.
Check out the two screenshots supplied to see how to change the 2021 to 2022 and how to activate the fireworks. I have selected to not have the task sequences start automatically in the map file to allow you to choose when you want the fireworks to be active.

In your 1st screenshot in the middle of the right side of the screen there is a small tree saying Merry Christmas with a candy cane looking trunk and pink and yellow star on top. Do you know the name of that prop please?
