Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner,ingame ? i have such files where do I place the forest 1.3 xml and changelog txt? help i dont understand installation steps

@wilkking you dont Need the changelog, you only need to place ,,Forest 1.3,, in: Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner. When you got an other file in there that is named the same, Change the Name of it.
