Last but not least i release the Grapeseed Alive Map, it was a tough job to made it. The map contains now a big Fortress [inspired by TES], a bigger village layout, a new house near McKenzies Airfield, a cattle-ranch [and there are many other things to explore]. You can also grab a boat at the Marina or chill out at the Trailerpark... This farming area has now a littlebit more atmosphere...:)

McKenzies airfield house & the Fortress have now a better interior, there are some little other improvements in certain area's and i fixed some bugs. Oil Field Extraction is now located on the map. Be sure that you use the new objectlist and vehiclelist otherwise some items won't load

The barge from the new xmas dlc has been added and i fixed some bugs.
Changes 1.3 [now uses Map Builder]
I've now taken advantage of OmegaKingMods Map Builder, the foundation for the houses around the map has been re-laid with better textures and look now way better then the default block [it looks now more realistic]. Mckenzies Airfield house got some improvements, the Fortress has a better floor. The ymap version is slightly adapted so that the items match with the original one & has a little forest near the village.

Map Editor damaged the treehouse and it is now fixed again!
Changes 1.4 [dynamic update]
In this update i've set most of the objects to dynamic, so now the objects will interact with the player in the gameworld. I Added some nice props from the After Hours DLC such as new tents, vehicles etc. And I fixed some bugs.

Added the Millars fishery dockhouse near the fortress, added some more props from the Arena Wars DLC [new stuff for McKenzies Airfield house, new signs at the town etc.] ymap included
Changes 1.6 [Diamond Casino/Heist update]
McKenzies airfield house has received new paintings & items from the Diamond Casino/Heist DLC.
Changes 1.7 [The Contract/Tuners update/Cayo Perico Heist DLC update]
The floor of the Alamo Fortress has been leveled again and some new vehicles have been placed in the village. The UFO has been removed from the ymap version. Added the new Junk drinkmachine to Grapeseed Gasstation & some new props for the McKenzies Airfield house.

Very cool)) In your update, I found extraneous details. For example, beyond the fields (to the lighthouse by the sea) some sort of vertical beam of the updates about the race.
@Fr0zzty23 : @SilverRST : @MrBanana : @RDK_Ulman : Thanks for your ratings and feedback!, I'm also finally aware of how ymaps work, it's a nice program to export your mapmods into the GTA 5 map, unfortunately you can't export the peds and vehicles from a map but you can make with Map Editor or Menyoo a ped/vehicle map. About the middle house; I'll look for it and maybe replace it with another building.
@gta5testya I tried to export your map mod to .ymap and all peds and vehicles spawns too, the boats, Luxor and Valkyrie spawns too. The only one thing that needs to be removed is the church. It doesn't make sense to be in Grapeseed :P. And every object are exported too, so all things inside the buildings too and they take a hit on the performance. (i7-4770, GTX780 and 16GB RAM). Which tool did you use to make the map mods? The example objects are transparant with Menyoo.
@gta5testya For me it all spawn just fine, as long as you have the gtamp-unlock-all-objects.ini in your Gta V map. But like @silverRST said, it takes a hit on the performance.
@gta5testya is it okay if I use these files and convert them to ymap and edit them myself in codewalker? Only for my OWN personal use and they will never be uploaded anywhere.
@kiedistv : Sure you can edit them for yourself but don't upload it on the site. @SilverRST : I use Map Editor, this is the easiest tool for me making mapmods, about the Fortress i think i leave it there on the map, it makes the map a bit more mysterious. @MrBanana : Yeah every map you load with Map Editor takes a hit on performance, especially if you put alot of peds and vehicles into the map.
@gta5testya Yeah, sadly it does. But if you want awesome map mods that's a hit you got to take!
@MrBanana What about the loddistance values? I tried to edit the high detail trees to 300(game's standard values?) and the lods, which are supposed to be lower detail to 5000 and in the game there are no lower details trees. Just when you approach the areas, they spawn like popping in.

@gta5testya alelen een p[robleem heb een stuk of 5 maps in de autoloadmap staan maar die kunnen niet allemaal geladen worden sterker nog krijg vaak een melding met dat ik te veel props gebruik met map loading dat de map niet geladenb kan worden
@christ : Je kan maar 1 map per keer met Map editor inladen want je kan niet meer dan 2048 props in het spel gebruiken. Mijn mappen kan je beter niet met autoload inladen dan zullen er wat objecten missen, stop gewoon de xml's in de base directory en laad het dan manual in met Map Editor, [in spel F7 en load map en typ de naam in van de map mod. Als je een nieuwe map wilt laden moet je eerst de in Map Editor New map kiezen dan kan je weer een nieuwe inladen. Succes!

@Dalejrfan5150 : You can use the older versions of my Alive mods, I didn't use Map Builder there yet. Try version 1.2, it's not that difficult to get Map Builder with Map Editor working, look at my mediafire upload for the older one Map Builder Community 1.04 SP (stable) on this page and read the readme of this map.
@Bodzio_pl : You must have at least Map Builder Community 1.04 SP (stable), Map Editor with the latest object list (including the props for Map Builder 1.04 SP) installed. Then load the ymap with OpenIV.
Download Map Editor & Menyoo to YMap Converter 1.0.4 https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/mapeditor-2-ymap-converter and place the custom_maps folder into;
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks. Then go to your dlclist; Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
and extract it somewhere. Edit it with notepad add this line; <Item>dlcpacks:\custom_maps\</Item> save it and put it back. You need OpenIV to do this and to work with ymaps.
Go with OpenIV to the custom_maps folder and search for this line; Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf\ click on edit
[OpenIV] and then right click a blank area where the files are displayed, and choose "Import OpenFormat", an import screen with a blue line will appear to import the xml ymap, select then the Grapeseed Alive 1.6.ymap and you have successfully put the grapeseed alive ymap in the custom maps folder so that it is now in your game. (be careful, you can't put more than 5 large maps of me in the custom maps otherwise you will probably get errors). If you want to play it safe try my Alive & City Pack, there you can choose which maps you want to have in your game at the same time. Good luck.
