The other day I went to K1 speed San Francisco and raced around in there go karts. After that I was thinking about building a go kart map with menyoo's mod, and that's what I did.
Mod's Required:
(Menyoo's Mod) https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Installation:
Put the XML files in gtav\menyooStuff\spooner and that is all. Once in game, go to object spooner and then manage saved files and it will be located there.
