This is a custom Los Santos Fire Department, this includes a fully functioning garage to store vehicles in, a parking lot for extra vehicles, an interior with a kitchen, lounge, and workspace, this also includes a working helipad up above with steps leading to and down from it.
FiveM download: Put in your resources folder, then add "start LSFD" in your server.cfg
Single player download: Using Menyoo put the xml file in the "Spooner" folder
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER FOR SOME PROPS TO WORK YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD MAP BUILDER, WHICH WILL GIVE YOU A README ON HOW TO INSTALL IN FIVE M, AND SINGLEPLAYER

removed the Map Model tag as that's reserved for real 3D maps made in Blender/3DsMax etc
removed the Interior tag as that's reserved for real MLO interiors
