Michael has had a new extension to his house built and it has added some very sought after features...
Subtle design that compliments the existing structure of the house and is designed to incorporate the existing foliage around the house that Michael wanted to keep. Creative entrance that, although a bit small, can be navigated easily enough if driving slow. A showroom style garage with room for 15 cars inside and another 3 cars outside. (Using Vehicle Persistence Mod) Floating viewing area with stunning city views that also allows space for the tree to grow. Pillars that are placed carefully to support the whole structure but do not impact on the aesthetic of the house. Security cameras all around to further protect against would-be thieves. The building is complete with a heli pad that is lit up at night.
To use this mod you will need to install these individual mods first:
Map Editor Mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Map Builder Community https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
Object Spawn Unlocker https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker ONLY USE VERSION 1.0 DO NOT USE 1.1 - 1.0 is included in the file along with version 1.1 - Install that instead of 1.1
This is optional if you want to save your vehicles...
Vehicle Persistence Mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/i-m-not-mental-s-persistance-mod
I have not dabbled with making this garage part of the Single Player Garage mod experience so if anybody would like to do that, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to upload the new file and give credit.
- INSTALLATION
To use this mod you will need to install these individual mods first:

- Once all of those mods are installed and fully functional (VERY IMPORTANT) then add my file into your 'AutoloadMaps' folder in the 'Scripts' folder or just load it via the Map Editor Mod menu.
- NOTES
I have not dabbled with making this garage part of the Single Player Garage mod experience so if anybody would like to do that, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to upload the new file and give credit.

@blackwiddow20 I converted this to a YMAP for personal use and some parts disappeared. Do you know what's causing it?
Thanks for the comments guys, I'm kinda new to the whole modding so not even sure what ymap is, but I'll do some research and get back to you @Mlehbleh and @SLY95ZER
@Mlehbleh what parts dissappear? Maybe I can track it down and help
@blackwiddow20 YMAP is putting your map into the game and load as one with the game. Your mod is basically going to start loading once the game has done loading. YMAP is like putting your mod permanently into the game.
So the problem I got is the ramp towards the garage. It being in the autoloadmaps, everything appears perfectly. I converted it into YMAP and the ramp looks like a stair and the cars i have can't climb up.
I have a problem. After installing this mod, I can not run the car in the game
@mr zahremar what do you mean? Sorry just need some clarification. Not sure how this can effect the car...
@Mlehbleh weird... It seems as if the ramps are getting replaced by the stairs somehow. Not even sure how that is possible... When I get a chance I will dabble with it and have a look but unfortunately being the massive tube I am, I updated my game by accident so now need to wait for script hook to update first lol 😂
@blackwiddow20 not exactly into stairs. The way towards the garage becomes ledges so some cars can't enter because of the ledges. Do you have any social media for me to send you pictures of it?
I dont see any autoload maps folder in the scripts folder do we have to create it.??and after downloading map editor what should i do there is no read me file.
Great mod enjoyed it very much , but unfortunately map editor does not work with the new Nativeui and using an older version creates problems , is there a way to install this on Menyoo and thank you again
