So far I'm loving this area. I can't wait to see what you have in store for the large open part. Maybe a showroom? Arcade? Restaurant? Weed shop? Dog grooming? That's a big area, so you can fit multiple stores.

@vrada0209 lol i know this is late but, make sure to loadmaps in correct format if some load as binaries when they were not build to load in that format, then thats why your getting the max props error.

@vrada0209 ive categorised my gtav folder in such away where i can now safely load maps from map editor automatically. by ading a new folder called LoadMap in the Mapeditor sub folder without any fps drops, no latency/lags. thats because im getting 0 script conflicts. make sure when you dowload map mods your not putting the map editor ones in autoloadmaps or spooner file format

also read scripthookvdotnet txt it will help you figure out what scripts are not loading properly and why your getting erorrs save alot of time figuring out what mod is causing problems. for me it was enableallinteriors was not refreshing mpmaps im assuming its due to other mods conflicting with it so i used interiorsv mod instead to fix the issue. less interiors but more lore friendly
