Gore Realism is a mod that adds Variety, Brutality, and a Realistic touch to Rockstar's Gore Engine for GTA 5. We would really appreciate any feedback you can give us in the comments!
Features of the mod include:
Based on the gun's caliber and gun type, wound sizes will vary and will have a different size everytime.
"3D" Wounds.
To add more realism, red blood clouds will appear for headshots, high caliber gun hits, and smoke effects when shooting with smaller calibers.
A realistic size for exit wounds.
Realistic Blood pools.
Headshots that look messy and have a realistic wound size.
Nasty shotgun wounds.
Realistic Blood Clouds.
Realistic damage decals when you hit a ped in the face.
Realistic Melee decal sizes.
Realistic damage decals on walls etc.
Realistic Soaking: Times,Shape and Color
Wounds that dry overtime.
Head Deformation.
Gory Headshots.

Whats wrong with the sniper wound
I honestly love everything about the mod, but I had a concern: Does the shotgun wound create a multi-pellet wound than just say, a small pellet wound from a shotgun? It seems there are more multi-pellet wounds when i unload my assault shotgun on an enemy lol
will this work with more gore?
Is there a way to reduce the blood clouds? I personally find it very exaggerated and unrealistic, considering the nature of this mod
Its a really nice mod i use it in singleplayer but can the mod be used for fivem servers too?
I don't know man, it's just ain't it.. bullet wounds are small af, and the vanilla blood also remains on some parts of the body, needs fixing

@Elwero its supposed to be realistic dawg, there isnt any vanilla blood textures or anything on this so idk what youre talking about if you dont like it use extreme brutality v or sum other shi

my advice, look up some of the raw Best Gore Mexico footages in HD to recreate similarity

Yo you know how i can fix the blood tire tracks? Whenever an npc or i myself run over a body or blood pool, the blood trail from the tyres stays on for so god damn long. Any fix?
it's very good, i love how shotguns have a special effect of their own, it worked well with dismemberment (until i installed euphoria then it stopped working) but there is 1 problem I have with melee weapons, they create a bullet wound looking effect instead of making just cuts and bruises. Also bruises look weird, but good in a way like they could be improved a little. I would love to see cuts like in RDR2
how do you uninstall this?

can u make a update for moregore ? the mod is good, but it needs better blood textures for the mod moregore.
