Bout This Mod: changes the rate and intensity of lightning strike occurrence.
Haven't seen anything like this!
v.2 custom settings to your liking bigging and better lighting strikes. sound is a bit louder, added emitters custom settings for longer zig zags
comes now with my thunder weather mod.
v.1 More lightning strikes that have bigger spread,
the clouds release more strikes and added a bit more camera shake.
Lightning bursts have more spread
Branches intensified
Overall branches of lightning and lightning strike time in sky duration increased.

Looking for scripter(s) to help with a mod concept. (price can be discussed in private)
Not making any money from these mod's I would still want to see my idea come to life, if that means paying a bit for help. BUT! Then releasing the project to the community free of charge.
Anyone with modding experience, coding, scripting, game development, & graphic design interested in my idea, send me a pm or add me via skype/steam.
Low community response will prolly evolve files dying.
I mod more than I game, only because I want to make the game better for everyone.

@vithepunisher make sure you replace your weather file, emitter files, and timecycle files.
@mxt333 there is also alternate installing method for vfxlightningsettings.xml
you can put it in this path
update.rpf/common/data/effects :D

Can you make that lightnings hit pedestrians, cars, protagonist etc. and kill them. that would be awesome.

Weird, as soon as I installed this my game won't stop crashing on startup now. I even made a backup and tried it and nothing...any help?

maybe you could add some leaves flowing by the wind with some garbage and newspapers to give it a more scary atmosphere.
does not have much explanation. It did not work for me. Does redux or MVGA or timecycle interfere with operation?
the rays do not appear. I use the MGVA and use the thunder timer of the Natural Visual Remastered
