I know it's a little late. Memorial Day is a federal holiday in the United States for honoring and mourning the military personnel who had died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The holiday is now observed on the last Monday of May, having been observed on May 30 from 1868 to 1970.
Vehicle used https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2013-lamborghini-gallardo-lp560-4-lapd Skin is by Knightwolf75 , known bugs-None Installation:
Go to the File in your GTA you have your vehicles installed in (if you haven't installed the vehicles i recommend watching Albos tutorials)
Go to the .YTD files with Edit mode on
In the Search Bar look for Sign and Drag and drop the Corresponding .PNG file
Click save and Enjoy! Also include is the stage 3 xml for the Lamborghini
