Herbie livery for 1974 Beetle

The famous Herbie bug livery is now available for yet another VW beetle mod. Meep meep!
1: Install this mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/volkswagen-beetle-1974-template-add-on
2: Using OpenIV, access C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\beetle74\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\ and import the "VW_sign_5" texture into the beetle74.wtd file.
N.B. You will need to use "Edit Mode".
3: Done.

@GreenAid Oh! Well then. I am sorry, I do apologize, and I ask for your forgiveness. I must have misunderstood the message inside the textures. I was making a skin from the movie license to drive for my friend that is making a scene of that for his youtube channel. I read a message in the textures that said something about not uploading them. If I misunderstood the one again I do apologize. So then do I have permission to upload the license to drive skin for this car?

I have a question/problem I hope you can help me with. I have installed this texture the way you say to in the instructions, but I can not get it to show up in-game. Is there a certain name I need to use to get it to spawn? I have Menyoo installed.
