OpenIV : http://openiv.com/

Run OpenIV and go to mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday3ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / level / gta5 / vehicles.rpf
And replace the file "mule.ytd" and "mule+hi.ytd"
Now its done you can run gta 5 and the skin is update

Also just wondering, if you have cluckingbell and burgershot why have sprite and coca cola instead of sprunk and ecola? Bit weird to mix real life and lore brands. (Note to clarify for mods: second part had nothing to do with rating)
