You claim this is "for realism" but how so if it's LA?....

@_Vlad_ I am not able to play grand theft auto 4 because it constantly crashes and i don't want to waste time making mods for a game that doesn't work.

@ThomasH33 Don't bother with them. They don't get the whole police RP, simulation, and realism thing. I once met someone and tried to explain what I do. His response was, "Why are you trying to make a video game realistic? That's stupid and weird.". Don't try explaining it to people who won't understand, it's not worth it. And by the way great mod. If I do NY I will defiantly use it!
