-This mod makes the peds enhanced and adds more features into a lot of them. I managed to remake the older ones due to the fact a lot of theirs had low quality which seemed awful, so this is a better advanced one.
-This can also make the peds that cannot drive in traffic, now being able to by editing either peds.meta or pedpersonality.ymt

1.5 Changelog:
Extended the Read Me 2 with the newest game version 3258 with the new peds added.
Now added a dlc pack. Easier than manual

To do this, copy enhancedpeds to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Using OpenIV, edit dlclist.xml, mods/update/update.rpf/common/data:
Add: dlcpacks:/enhancedpeds/ at the bottom.
Save and close.
Also some touchups on a_f_y_bevhills_01.ytd for the scarves replaced with better ones.
Fixed a_m_y_vinewood_03.ymt and ytd for the other hairs and faces not being added.
Added a_f_y_business_02.ymt with new face textures for the head 000 and head 001.


1.4 Changelog:
Extended the Read Me 2 with the Cutscene, Story, and Story Scenario Males with new peds. Check the Read Me 2 to see what peds are added.
Added a_m_y_bevhills_01.ymt. Added the accs 001 and uppr 002 which was not included in the final model.
Added g_f_y_vagos_01.ymt and ytd. Revamped the ymt because of the clothes that do not appear from the base game. And changed the ymt and ytd from her race to whi to lat.
Added s_f_m_studioassist_01.ymt. Revamped the ymt so all the clothes could get added for each of the 4 races instead of 1.
Added a_f_y_beach_01.ymt and ytd. Adapted the faces from the a_f_y_clubcust_04 ped. Also added more color textures for the accs 000.

- A fix for both a_f_m_genbiker_01.ymt and a_m_m_genbiker_01.ymt in which the helmet is preset as a prop and is able to wear them while riding a motorcycle in which it goes to:

If you're using Menyoo, I highly recommend setting the a_m_m_genbiker_01's voice for the Ita in which the drawble is 000 and 003 to: A_M_M_BEVHILLS_02_WHITE_FULL_01 which matches. The Jam whose drawable is 004 and 005 to A_M_M_BEVHILLS_02_BLACK_FULL. For the a_f_m_genbiker model, same thing for the Ita in which the head drawable is 003 to: A_F_M_BEVHILLS_02_WHITE_FULL_02. And the Jam to A_F_M_BEVHILLS_02_BLACK_FULL_01. Both really match.

- Revamped all of the pedpersonality.ymt to make the peds even more aggressive when you either confront them, bump, hijack their vehicle, etc. Replace this at:
Mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/metadata

Note: You will need a decrypted version of peds.ymt. Open the peds.ymt and and on the top right corner click "Export" and then Export plain text. This will make the game not crash during startup.


Pick any of the peds to not have wrinkles in their clothing and change: ambientPed_upperWrinkles to: null

-If you want to make peds being able to drive in traffic, sincle a lot of them cannot, you can just simply change the personalities of each peds.
Examples would be:

FitnessMale can be changed into either: YoungRichMan, YoungAverageToughWoman, MediumAverageMan, YoungAverageWeakMan, YoungPoorMan, etc.

BumsMale can be changed into either: YoungPoorMan, MediumPoorMan, OldPoorMan, etc

FitnessFemale can be changed into either: YoungRichWoman, MediumRichWoman, OldRichWoman, YoungAverageToughWoman, etc.

Another way is you can edit the pedpersonality.ymt located at: Mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/metadata and locate each personality that does not have vehicle types:

Change: to: either PED_DRIVES_POOR_CAR PED_DRIVES_MOTORCYCLE PED_DRIVES_AVERAGE_CAR, PED_DRIVES_RICH_CAR PED_DRIVES_AVERAGE_CAR PED_DRIVES_BOAT, or PED_DRIVES_POOR_CAR PED_DRIVES_MOTORCYCLE PED_DRIVES_RICH_CAR PED_DRIVES_AVERAGE_CAR PED_DRIVES_BOAT.

If you want to a lot of the female peds and some male peds fight you back: Go to any of the personality that says "Woman or Female"

Change: Timid_Female to: BOLD_FEMALE, change: default to Confront, and change: Weak to: AVERAGE

Change: TIMID to: BOLD, change: default to Confront, and change: Weak to: AVERAGE

-This changes their behavior so they do not get insta knocked out by the player. They would also have a chance to confront the player if either of them is pushed, bumped, etc.
