Hey this is sweet but do you know why when i change the rpf files in Open IV why does it redownload a 2gb file everytime i change something. and i have peer block to let me play offline but it says rockstar needs the internet to play when i change something. if you could help id appreciate it thanks :D
have you added the mods folder and added x64v to folder and modded it that way?
