use openiv -> go to gta v windows -> x64v ( in mods folder if you allready have folder made)
->models ->cdimages ->streampeds_players ->player two folder. In this folder locate head_diff_000_a_whi and with "Edit mode" on and double click,
then "replace" with the skin from "No stubble" folder.
