Here some simple tattoos for Trevor in the same style as the one he has around his neck.
Installation:
In OpenIV go into
- mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf and drag and drops the .ytb files.
If you are not sure to keep these tattoos make a backup of the files before replace them.

@Dalisanul just find a tattoo pic in google then go to player_zero in OpenIV and find Michaels body then go to Paint 3D or a other paint app and do a sticker from the tattoo you want. then place it anywhere you want and use the colour code by the colour picker from michaels skin, then edit it and save it
