This is a texture for Swedish Swat (piketen) so you need the acual model itself for the mod to work (read more down below) There are three different shirts, pants and two different colours of them both.
If you have Lawdys Swedish policea uniforms installed you need to replace those peds inside that dlcpack (Read Installation for more info)
Once you have installed my textures and the models, open openiv, turn on editmode, and then navigate to:\mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf\ and drag and drop everything from NEW_LAPD_SWAT_PED_V0.1 and when you've done that then drop in my textures. Also, if you have swedish police ped by Lawdy installed then you need to drop all files again here:\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\swepolice\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\swepolice_peds.rpf\
