whatever music is playing over your PC(game radio, music players etc.)
you can see the bass level on the color of your vehicle neons.

- script hook V
- script hook V .net

you need two parts to make it work
- a program to convert audio stream to a spectrum and determine which is bass, convert bass value to to usable RGB colors
- a script that gets the RGB colors and applies it to your vehicle in game

installation:
- unpack NeonSpectrum.dll in your scripts folder
- NeonSpectrum folder in the root of your game file next to scripts _________________________________
using it:
- run GTAV_NeonSpectrum.exe, you will get a small program that shows the color of what your neons will be, (make sure to run as admin).
- run the game and enter a vehicle.
- you also can press (N+B) on keyboard to cycle through modes.

modes:
- music bass analyzer(blue is almost no bass, red is maximum bass)
- rainbow hue cycling.
- off, no neons, black color.

V1.2 is pending, added a decay value and a multiplier value.
decay is how fast should the color fade out to blue, the more the slower, 0 means true colors no fading out effect.
a multiplier value is a value to increase the attack of the color.

@Houri.S Hi, i've the same issues of @Seran . When the radio is playing there is only the blue color. I've started the game and Bass Spectrum in Administrator Mode and RGB.dat is created well. I've tryed to playing music from my Pc but still doesn' t work.
Fixed downloading NativeUI. This mod is so cool. Good Job!
the bass application only works for me if i set my default audio device to the hdmi audio output. on internal / add-on sound-card it only shows "bass_error_busy" on application launch. any suggestions?

Could you add some kind of "mode" to the bass frequency capture method? (Like "only capture from external sources" or "only capture from in-game sound") You know what I meant, right? With this mod I need to set the game audio to 0 for the program work flawlessly
@Houri.S i've got some problem, neon light works, and the color does changes, but i found that it only works for some colors {ex,only red,yellow, no blue } though the program can sense those colors doesn't showing in the game.....can u tell me why?
it's fine about ....5 month ago but when i back for this game recently it bugs.
Brilliant mod. But works just like letting down the sound through HDMI, via a sound card(Asus Xonar) or USB headset is just a blinking blue color even without sound. Can you fix that?

i mean, when goin between 0-3000 rpm blue light, 3000-6000 rpm green light, 6000-9000 rpm red light(and flashing this red light when powercutting)?
