Overview:
Stop Reversing While Braking is a script lets you hold the brake/reverse button when stopping without having to worry about the car flipping into reverse and hitting the car behind you. To reverse, all you need to do is release the brake and then hold it again.
Requirements:

Installation:
Copy "Stop Reversing While Braking.dll" and "SRWB.ini" to your "GTA V\scripts\" folder

Another complete rework of the mod
Fixed a bug causing the mod to not function correctly if the vehicle had any backward momentum while trying to come to a stop. (For example, when trying to stop on a steep incline, if the car started to slide backwards at all then the car would just start reversing instead. This also fixes issues with the mod not working properly when drifting)
V1.6:
Fixed brake light flickering when using the automatic brake lights

You need to use the nightly versions of SHVDN as it says when you go to download it. Mod still works.

If you're on the latest version of the game, you have to use nightly versions of SHVDN.

@IAmJFry Seriously. Am i the only who knows you can stop a car by hitting both the S key and the Space bar? This stops the car and it doesn't reverse. Why add another script?

Damn who hurt you? It'll be ok.
Anyway, using the brake and handbrake to stop is not the same as what this script does. Holding them your car still tries to reverse when you come to a full stop and you're activating the handbrake which makes you slide and lock up the tires which isn't what everyone wants to do.
@IAmJFry Well we must have different keyboards because mine supports this process and also allows for cool controlled slides when you go full speed, hit left or right, and then the space bar. Both methods are in the Game Manual pdf. I understand that receiving criticism can be tough, but I want you to know that it's coming from a place of love and a desire to help you grow.
