Same problem as SketchyUnicorns, some cars (if not most) despawn nearly instantly after spawning them. It's a fresh install and everything else is working just fine.
There's no replace, only the addon.
Just for the quick info, it's not backslash, but forward slash :
<Item>dlcpacks:/ph8oribe/</Item>
in GTAV>mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>dlclist.xml
