For those people, that who have problem with installation, when you need to add line on dlclist, add this line: <Item> dlcpacks:\bkcar\ </Item>
In 'readme' file the tag is not closed and they give you that error when you spawn the car.

Nice mod, i like it, nothing to say. In my opinion when you smash on a wall or something like like, the 'smash' is not realistic; i tried it, maybe someone have the same opinion of mine. Anyway, the texture is very realistic and beatiful, good job man, a really nice mod !
