Kudos to you sir. It now works perfectly, as far as my quick testing has found. Within an hour the only issue has been fixed. Tremendous work, this is now an essential mod for my game.
Wow, that was fast! testing now.
Great work! Glad to see a version of this idea that doesn't need SHVDN. Unfortunately, if I die on a mod map thats too far away from the original game map, i repsawn under west vinewood and have to teleport back. I understand that this is a limitation of where the navmeshes and traffic paths are, but it would be absolutely fantastic if there was a system to detect when valid respawn coordinates have not been found. If the mod is about to respawn the player under west vinewood, it should instead respawn them at the exact location they died. I'd be happy to help test this if youd like, Thanks so much for your hard work!
source code released. Absolute legend
the mad lad added reflection mapping. absolutely brilliant! time to regen everything i've built with your modding utils!
@InfamousSabre Absolutely goated mod, looks fantastic and been using it for ages. What's the maximum value available for Headlights++.ini? I want to have headlights visible from very far away, but high values seem to crash the game. Any chance for a long-distance compatibility patch?
@Mister Mods Such a shame the source files are gone, this mod had fantastic potential. I'm getting an issue where I try to sell a vehicle, but it always says i'm not in a vehicle. Any idea how that can be fixed? or is that, like the source code, lost to the ages?
@Dilapidated truly phenomenal work, congrats on the release after all your efforts. Any chance we could get a version of the hud.gfx file thats compatible with the community hud.gfx file? Right now, this mod conflicts with that one, and so it bugs out my radio wheel.
Loved this mod, but now that I use MP maps this seems to cause a crash when loading them. Anyone else had this issue?
Commenting out ikonprojects_int_meta.rpf in your content.xml seems to fix the loading issue, so it's one of the YTYPs or YMAPs in there. Progress is being made!
