    Ok for the people who can't install it properly or say the author gave shitty instructions here's what you're gonna do.
    Open up OpenIV or OIV then go to (x64) not in your mods folder but in your GTA V main directory and then follow this
    GTA V main directory > x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf (now drop the weapons.awc file)
    GTA V main directory > x64 >audio >sfx >WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf (now drop all of the files)
