Think I figured it out, I just deleted all the mods I had now it works guess I have to reinstall them all unless there was some configuration that just had to be done in one of the update files in the mod folder
@MAFINS there use to be a scripthookv in GTA V file but once the update happened it disappeared. Leaving me with only the scripthook vii. I replaced that one with the new one and even updated the Menyoo but once I start the game it just crashes.
another thing where can I get the Menyoo log file, only have menyoostuff and menyooasi
So as of right now the new update causes this to not work or is it working and am I missing something
