@ImNotMentaL The effect is fine on foot but when I move the camera or when I'm in a car I can see the effect in stripes and it's pretty much all over the place (game is running in 4k resolution).

Somehow it's not working properly - single fire only works with the first shot and then I can't shot again - burst mode seems bugged aswell, I can only fire a single shot first and then it seems that I can only fire from time to time. Full auto and locked mode are working normally tho.

Just add your cars to the .ini files like this:

Or you can use PDMTool.exe to add your cars.
