Forgive me if asked before, but is there a way to have the chaos enabled upon game load, instead of having to manually enable it?

Doing a mission where you have to hijack a police cruiser, all I get after is "MissionSubtitlePlaceholder"
And no mission marker

A couple ideas I have:

1. Please make "player locked in vehicle" a timed event, it simply means I need to die mostly if I want to do anything outside my car
2. 2x game speed effect?
3.Teleport to safe house effect
4. Things that effect player stats
5. "Everything is free" timed effect
6. Weapon sets? I know you have the give all weapons effect, but it'd be cool if it did weapon sets like in SA

I'm getting massive frame drops whenever the "players ragdoll when shot" effect comes in
