i installed it but i cant turn the siren on i think something is wrong in the vehicle meta since it sound like a normal atv with a normal horn

@DJ SCREAM i placed it in the gta v directory then loaded it with my trainer
only vehicles are spawning did i do something wrong ?
not sure if i did something wrong but i can spawn everything exept the peds and vehicules
