i have found out my issue seems to be with enb it causes my screen to load in black but with loading sounds and enb loads and shows its loaded at the top of screen like it should but it then freezes and i can only then close the process through task manager

i have been away from gta for some time and downloaded it back on steam i can have mods as far as the required files for this mod but when i use oiv to install the oiv the game loads into a black screen and freezes only thing i can do is close the process in task manager but when i run the unistall oiv it loads into game like normal is anyone else having this issue
