Im going to make a video,well ive made one but its impossible to get it onto youtube because my upload speed is only like 1.00mbit per second
if anyone wants to work on a mod with me ill be happy to do so im always looking for a new project
in the mod you can either make the peds either harder to weaker to kill, ive made it so that if you realisticly shoot someone in the throat then they would be dead for example in gta v most of the time they get back up. this is my first mod by the way :)
