@DJMori_ez What trainer do you have? If you have Native Trainer (The one that comes with Scripthook V and has the green background) then go into vehicles, then vehicle spawner, and find T20 (it is at the very end). If you have simpletrainer (The one with the black background) the go into vehicle spawner, then super, and pick T20)
