@ehssandev also how would he know who is ally or foe? to him/her, they just traveled to the future or place, also i'm pretty sure the sniper is a Pinkerton agent or U.S Marshal, altrough i don't know if that matters.

Also why am i rambling about red dead anyway, this could be just your GTA Online character using the Orbital Cannon for all i know.

@QualethTR i mean i do can speak turkish, i just prefer to have lore friendly stuff in my game (or actual LA cops if im going for realism)

where do they spawn? just in stations or did you also add new spawns for them?
because i wish there we're more mods just adding new scenario points to the game, also because if they are added to regular cop scenarios, the game can either spawn detective or regular officer, which is immersion breaking

alternative is adding them on 1-2 stars but i prefer having regular cops respond in chases/shootouts so shrug
