I've found a fix for Ghost Replay mod crashing the game with the following error when crossing the finish line in certain vehicles.

The cause of this error is likely driving a vehicle whose name contains characters other than English letters and numbers. In my case, this error happened with the Elegy Retro Custom, but didn't happen with the 811. This is because in my game's language, the Elegy Retro Custom is displayed as "エレジーレトロカスタム" (using non-alphanumeric characters), whereas the 811 is simply displayed with the numbers "811".

The solution is simple: change your game language to English. If you are playing the game in a non-English language and are struggling to fix this error, please give this a try.
