You do not need to update this scripthookvdotnet, you will just need 2 files for v1.0.2189.0, first is the updated scripthookV.dll (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/) and gameconfig (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars) and copy your update.rpf to your mods folder.
