I expect that I can also spawn pedestrians, dogs, monkeys, road cones etc. because I thought it can spawn ANYTHING. The name is confusing... -1

By the way I tried your sweetfx.. It really does improved the details such as grass, curves etc. it does not reduce fps which is good. The big downside is horrible shading.. Hope you get better cheers!
Your sweetfx is good on some areas but it's bad on some areas too e.g. during sunset and cutscenes. A combination of orange is blue is horrible thats why. For other people out there stop being rude to author least he shared his sweetfx for us if you want to say something negative atleast state the reason why. Everybody has to fail somewhere.. Anyway you got +1 like for your effort

Nice mod. I have a suggestion, try making a mod opposite of this. They are guarding you instead of attacking you. It would be fun to fight against cops :)
