The game 'object' limit is set, per default in your gameconfig, to 2300:
You can set this to like 6,000 or something. More importantly, though, use ymaps, not Menyoo for spawning a large number of props.
As always, though, your maps are highly inspired and imaginative. :)
@Reldam88 That is a great idea. Raymax and I recently finished a (private), custom mod of this mansion (located at the coast in the North), in which I painstakingly created audio occlusion files fot the mansion MLO. I can do the same for the default, public build.
@Mr_Staffy The 'blip' is set by my support script. If you remove dp_apartment from your dlclist, you might as well remove my script.
@NIKO-B Don't install the optional stuff from the 'all windows closed (MP)' folder. :) Just use the things from 'Main files'
@FighterPilot This persistence mod does not require, nor interfere with, any other car mods.

Dunno about locking doors, though. This is an SP mod: nobody but you can enter anyway. I have toyed with the idea of keep sliding doors and such locked, until you're very close (the open radius, set by the game, is now way too wide). I can do it easily, but that would require making those doors detectable' aka, me making all new doors(other flags?), and ppl already seem to have trouble with the small changes that need to be made to the meta files.

No. My garages (like I did for dp apartment, and, recently, Malibu Mansion) are hugely geared towards using minmal resources. In this case, there are 2 exit trigger points: at the end of the tunnel, and when taking the stairs and arriving at the main floor; and vice versa: cars are loaded at some point entering the tunnel, and when taking the stairs down.
Tl;dr: every time your cars are out of scope, they will get despawned by the script.

I can't replicate that (of course). My script is not deleting your car (you can verify this examining the Garage folder -> hash folder of your ped; my guess the car config file still exists, even after the car despawned). Possible reasons:
1) Fancy cars you're not in get despawned because you do not have a trainer like Menyoo to prevent game despawning of cars you're supposed to buy;
2) You cannot store 2 cars with exact model name + licence plate (doing so would simply result in first parked car file getting overwritten, but still not deleted).
Also, examine MalibuMansion.log (in GTA V root) for anomalies.
