Hello! for everyone wondering how to uninstall this thing ive got it down, you can find the real files and not the outdated ones that are in the readme from assembly.xml file found inside of the oiv file, copy & paste from the assemply.xml:

YOU HAVE TO DELETE THE FILES BUT IF THE FILES CAN BE FOUND OUTSIDE OF THE MODS FOLDER FOR EXAMPLE physicstasks.ymt from x64a.rpf/data/tune DELETE THE FILES AND THEN COPY THE FILE FROM GTA V/x64a.rpf/data/tune TO YOUR DESKTOP AND DRAG AND DROP IT INTO THE MODS FOLDER FROM THE DESKTOP, REPEAT THIS FOR ALL OF THE FILES MENTIONED ABOVE AND YOU SHOULD BE FINE)
