Can you update the "Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement" mod ? Other mods are either outdated or don't have some features like disable NPCs' super-man hearing... Sorry for my bad English !
After I've turret rotation up, down and slow reloading fixed, I found it the best WW2 tank model I've ever used with properly enter animation, working lights, and great first person view from tank, the only disadvantage is I can't use MG on tank !
This mod is the best mod in this page, but you should improve about sounds (there're still traffic, police, vehicles,.... sounds) (you should improve zombies sounds too, sometimes they're sound weird)

@DrDaxxy update it man, or at least dsound.dll file. Other FOV mods including Flawless Screen don't work for me lol !

@SaculOnGTA did you install openiv.asi and asi loader ? if not, that is the cause of error
