my gta got problem error ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT after using gameconfig, any suggestion ?

i found the problem, my gta keep crashing after click story mode, if i have add 50 addon dlclist not from rockstars, if i keep only 19 dlc addon not from rockstars my gta working perfectly, need fix for that, note : i do update mods folder from openiv
