I'm stupid. I added the Item>dlcpacks to the DLClist.xml and pulled it back over.
I put the dlcpack from the bmwm4/x64 folder and added it to the update\x64
Tried to spawn and doesnt work. Can you be a little more descriptive on your instructions please?

Open Format Validator is giving me this error when trying to move the files into the resident folder
Some files not imported, more information below.
vehicles.oac(Line 1): Not supported format version, actual: "10" but expected "11".
Any ideas? or maybe im stupid!

@qD3m0Np Yes sir. I did it just like the readme says, but i will ask this....Do I just add the <item>dlcpacks:\lms\</item> ANYWHERE? I added it to the bottom and lined it up with the other ones in dlclist.xml and transfered it back. Says invalid model =( Maybe im stupid!!!
NOT WORKING.....
